The Story That Started It All

Have you ever asked yourself, "would my life be happier if I was drinking less?"

I did.

I'm a free-spirited artist, a lover of color, adventure, and a bit of rebellion - and for years, a daily ritual of opening up a bottle of red wine felt like my reward. It marked the end of the day, the start of dinner, the comfort of ritual. I believed it relaxed me, that I deserved it.

Then one day, well into my 2nd glass of wine on a flight, I came across a question from Annie Grace that asked, "Would your life be happier if alcohol was small and irrelevant in your life?"

That single question lingered.

So, I got curious again.

Why was I reaching for it every evening? Was it habit, boredom, comfort, or just an old story I'd outgrown?

That curiosity became my compass.

I dove into learning about the brain, the body, and the emotions that shape our habits.

What started as a question turned into a transformation.

Eventually, it led me to become a Certified Sober Coach through This Naked Mind Academy, blending science, compassion, and curiosity to guide others through their own awakening.

Today, my work married art, creativity, and conscious living. I believe that when we stop numbing our light, our true colors begin to bloom.

I no longer see alcohol as something to battle or banish - it's simply become irrelevant.

What I've learned cannot be unlearned. The freedom I found was never about abstinence - It was about awareness.

Now, I get to help others, maybe you, experience that same liberation.

To sleep deeply.

To feel clear and energized.

To create lives rooted in intention, creativity, and grace.

This isn't about judgment, it's about curiosity.

It's about asking the right questions, and daring to listen to the answers that rise.
