The transformation isn't coming from luxury or escape.

It's coming from curiosity, creativity, conscious presence, and courageous women gathering together.

My retreats are intimate by design, blending watercolor and creative expression, local culture, mindful movement, nourishing experiences, and heartfelt conversation into a journey that gently invites women back to themselves.

This isn't about escaping your life.

It's about returning to it with greater clarity, curiosity, compassion, and purpose.

Whether we're painting in a quiet courtyard, gathering for a cacao ceremony by the sea, sharing a meal prepared together, or simply listening to the rhythm of the waves, every experience is created with intention.

Simple. Honest. Enough.
