Through a blend of intuitive coaching, embodied practices, and expressive tools (like art, journaling, and mindfulness), we gently unravel what no longer serves you and nurture what wants to emerge.
Rooted in the principles of Affective Liminal Psychology (ALP), this methodology honors the tender space between where you are and where you want to be. It helps rewire limiting beliefs, ground new habits, and open you to deeper awareness, all while engaging the creative mind and intuitive body.

Rebecca is a visual artist, commissioned painter, certified surface/space designer and a certified life coach.
In late 2021, she became a certified This Naked Mind Coach and has since married life coaching with the arts.
Her focus is helping women express the uniqueness of their individual essence,
